USD 1030
IN HOUSE ENQUIRY

Description

The success of any organization depends on the ability of individuals and teams to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the company. This modern standard is built on effective communication among individuals, whether in person or virtually. Every interaction shapes how others perceive you, presenting an opportunity to build trust and wield a positive impact. From one-on-one conversations to addressing a group, sharing information with a project team, or delivering challenging messages, the ability to communicate effectively is crucial for achieving goals.

Equipping managers to navigate challenging yet necessary conversations and resolve conflicts effectively can help avert detrimental outcomes that may impact the entire organization. Such outcomes may include decreased job satisfaction, higher employee turnover, and reduced productivity. In the current business landscape, managers must learn how to manage employees, whether they are working remotely or in a physical office environment. Therefore, providing training is vital in preparing managers to address behavioural issues promptly and mitigate potential risks linked to disruptive behaviours, including instances of workplace violence.

The program is designed to be interactive with various simulated activities that will impart the gist to develop the skills needed to influence and address difficult situations. Participants will also learn how to give constructive feedback, coach and counsel subordinates, and use strategies for effective conflict resolution.

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to:

  • Identify the different personality types
  • Design and demonstrate the ability to influence the behaviours by employing some simple skills by calibrating and learning to listen actively
