Mr A. SYAMSUL  En Syamsul has vast hands-on work experience, in local and multinational companies, of more than 18 years in the field of Human Resources Management, Administration and Operations in the various industries of banking, manufacturing, hospitality, tourism, and publications. He last held the position of Director of Administration and Human Resources.  He is now a dedicated corporate trainer conducting HR topics for more than 15 years.

He started off his career with the then United Asian Bank, KL (now CIMB Bank); and moved on to the Raintree Club, KL; and then to Moldip (M) Sdn Bhd, Pahang (subsidiary of Perrili Tyres Italy) manufacturing rubber gloves; and Sri Arteesee Sdn Bhd, Malacca a corporate group of companies with businesses in the hotel, tourism, petrol, stone quarry, and publishing industries.

He has a BA (English) and MA (Human Resource Management). He is a PSMB Approved Trainer in Business English and Business Communication for the PSMB Graduate Training Scheme. He is also a PSMB Certified Trainer for Corporate Programmes.
