This is a flexible Leadership workshop, continuously updated as business trends change, and adjusted to the concerns of each participant group. Time will be set aside every day for peer-to-peer coaching, where participants can share challenges and experiences. He was seconded as a Human Resources and Training consultant to similar company in China for 7 years. He is an expert in setting up technical training centers for the organization to run vocational education and skill training programs both in Malaysia and in China.
