Yes, upon successfully completing the course, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. An e-certificate will also be available in your online profile.
Yes, if you are a Malaysian employer contributing to the HRD Corp fund, you can apply for the HRD Corp Grant under SBL Khas. Most of our public courses are 100% HRDCorp claimable.

Click on the "REGISTER NOW" button on the course page. Alternatively, you can download the brochure and registration form, fill it out, get it signed and stamped by your superior, and email it back to us. You can also call or chat with our customer care team for assistance.
After booking, you'll receive an acknowledgment email. Once the course is confirmed, you’ll get a Course Confirmation email with details like dates, location, times, and payment receipt. If you’re applying for a Training Grant, send us the Grant Approval number. Proof of payment is required for entry to the training event.
The public /open courses are held at various venues. Your confirmation email will include the venue details and directions.
A typical course agenda is:
- 8:30am Registration & Welcome drink
- 9:00am Training Session 1
- 10:30am Morning Teabreak
- 10:45am Training Session 2
- 12:30 – 1:30pm Lunch
- 1:30pm Training Session 3
- 3:30pm Afternoon Teabreak
- 3:45pm Training Session 4
- 5:00pm End of Training day

We provide refreshments, lunch, and course materials. You might want to bring a jacket or sweater if you get cold easily. For specific items like laptops, calculators, or colored pens, we will inform you in the Confirmation email.
