Recruited by leading international headhunters, Dr. Fernandes excelled in his role from November 2007 to January 2013, undertaking assignments in numerous countries spanning Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His extensive travel not only broadened his professional horizons but also honed his ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes, a skill set invaluable in strategic procurement.
Dr. Fernandes' journey in procurement excellence commenced during his illustrious 23-year tenure at Panasonic (M), where he cultivated a strong foundation in quality management. Rising to the position of QC Manager, he showcased his commitment to excellence and innovation.
Earning his Doctorate in Business Administration from Riviera University, France, Dr. Fernandes specialized in "Incorporating Total Quality Management to innovate, manage change, and enhance Customer Satisfaction." This academic pursuit solidified his status as an authority in Quality Management, laying the groundwork for his prowess in strategic procurement.
