Being able to communicate effectively is an important asset. It can create superb rapport with colleagues and customers alike, increase productivity and help you achieve and contribute towards your success and progression as well as theirs. So, why wouldn’t you want to be a better communicator?
It incorporates tools and ideas used in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that makes a real difference to enhance and equip the Secretaries with the communication skills to effectively deal with their colleagues - especially with tough and difficult employees or seniors. By understanding how to read others accurately and calibrate their preference for the use of their senses, one is able to communicate in a way to accurately meet the needs of the listeners. And by using different frames that shifts thinking processes, one can influence others to resolve problems much easier at the workplace.

MR S. MUHS
Mr Muhs started his career in one of the oldest and most established brokerage houses in Canada. His role within the company was that of regulatory compliance and education. Muhs is an excellent communicator and has enjoyed working with a variety of companies throughout Asia, designing and facilitating courses that have cooperatively met their objectives. With over 14 years of public speaking experience, he has a very acute understanding of what is required in order to get ideas across clearly and in an engaging manner. He regularly participates in workshops and training sessions, often giving presentations to upwards of 2000 participants.
MR S. AHMAD
Mr Ahmad has been actively in the field of Training/Learning and Development for more than 15 years. He has trained and developed hundreds of people being an in-house trainer/facilitator in various organisations that he had worked with. He always emphasizes that it is the passion for training and educating people that has ignited him to pursue a career in the training and development. With his over 20 year experiences in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management, his credentials in the training field were gained over the years with passionate and love for knowledge.He is known of his ability to incorporate his vast knowledge and industrial experience into his training sessions, enabling participants to relate to the subject matter and benefit the best.
Daniel is an International Master NLP Trainer who comes with more than 30 years experience in the corporate world; out of which, 19 years has been spent on coaching and training: on Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Coaching & Negotiation skills, Sales, Management & Leadership Skills, Course Consulting, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Sub-conscious learning skills. And in the process, continually coaching and motivating all his the coaches, mentees, staff and associates to learn, grow and expand their personal paradigms and horizons. His passion for training stems from his innate desire to empower all those individuals who are keen to seek knowledge, wisdom and self improvement; so that they can be the person they need to be to have what they want.
